We accept the following file formats: .tiff, .psd, .pdf, .jpg, .ai, .eps. Please supply Raster Files at 300dpi @ 100% Scale. *Files below 150 dpi may yield lower print quality. Colorspace: RGB, sRGB, Adobe 1998, or CMYK (CMYK SWOP). If uploading vector files, please convert all text to outlines and flatten any transparencies. Please Include the Job Name and Print Dimensions in Filename (Example: JohnSmith_Title_16x20.tiff )
PRINT SIZE: The finished print size will be determined by the dimensions to which the paper is trimmed. Prints can be printed full bleed with color extending to the paper edges, or blank area can be added to apply paper borders.
If you wish to add borders see the following example; For a 16” x 20” Print with equal 1” borders, please supply your image area cropped to 14” x 18”. If you do not wish to crop your image, please specify the finished paper dimensions and supply a file set up with your desired ratio. We are happy to setup paper borders to your specification.
